We recommend reservations be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of your stay. Your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express number (or a deposit check) will hold your reservation.

Check-in: You must contact the Innkeeper to confirm an arrival time no fewer than 24 hours in advance. We are flexible with regards to check-in times. However, we must have a one-hour window of arrival. If that time later changes due to travel delays or just a change in plans, please let us know. We need to know so we can know when to be here to greet you.

Check-Out Time is 12 Noon.

We require a 10-day notice for any change in your scheduled arrival or departure dates. We expect you to stay the entire length of your confirmed reservation.

These circumstances will elicit the following fees:

No-Show: One night's room fee.
Early Departure: Additional night's room fee.

Rooms range in price from $115-$155 per night. No pets, please. Smoking is allowed on front porch and in garden areas only.
