The rate is $135 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy, and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.

Music Room

Blue Room

The Blue room, which has a north and east exposure, is located on the second floor of the main house and overlooks the back and side gardens. It has high ceilings, Victorian mouldings, ceiling fan, and a full-size antique iron bed. It has a private bath with a claw foot tub and shower. The rate is $115 + 10.5% tax double occupancy and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.

Aqua Room

The rate is $115 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy, and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.

Lilac Room

The Lilac room, which has a north exposure, is located on the second floor of the main house and overlooks the side garden. It has high ceilings, Victorian mouldings, ceiling fan, a full-size antique iron bed, and a private bath (shower only, no bathtub). The rate is $115 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy, and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is on the first floor of the cottage. This spacious, Craftsman-style suite is comprised of a sitting room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom with soaking tub, tile shower, pedestal sink and towel warmer. The bedroom has an antique iron and brass, queen bed. There are french doors that open from the bedroom onto the garden. The rate is $165 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy, and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.

Note: The rate for three people in the Garden room is: $185 + 10.5% tax

Butler's Room

The Butler's, which has a south and west exposure, is located on the second floor of the cottage and overlooks the side and back gardens. It has a queen and twin bed, and a private bath (shower only, no bathtub) located just across the hall from the room. The rate is $135 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.

Note: The rate for three people in the Butler's room is: $165 + 10.5% tax.

Chauffeur's Room

The Chauffeur’s room, which has a south and east exposure, is located on the second floor of the cottage. It has a full-size bed, and a private bath with a tub and shower. The rate is $115 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy, and includes a full breakfast of homemade bread, fruit, and entree.
